The story
The Indian diagnostics market is a ₹1 lakh crore industry, yet it remains opaque, fragmented, and deeply inconvenient for patients. Prices vary wildly between labs, reports arrive on WhatsApp PDFs, and booking anything beyond a basic blood test requires knowing the right person.
We founded Zelnoo in Mumbai in 2025 with a clear thesis: the best diagnostic experience in the world should be available to every Indian. Not just those at premium hospitals. Not just those who know the system.
Zelnoo connects patients to NABL-accredited labs with transparent, pre-confirmed pricing — and stores their reports in a secure, consent-managed vault. We're starting in Mumbai with 50+ partner centres and expanding nationally through 2026.
