Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Zelnoo mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zelnoo Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Zelnoo. If you are booking tests on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorised to consent to the collection and processing of their health data.

Zelnoo is a diagnostic booking platform. We facilitate the booking of pathology tests, health packages, and radiology scans at partner NABL-accredited laboratories. We are not a diagnostic laboratory, a medical service provider, or a health insurer.

Zelnoo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Diagnostic reports are generated by licensed partner laboratories and are provided for informational purposes. Always consult a qualified doctor to interpret your results.

When you confirm a booking on Zelnoo, you enter into a service agreement with Zelnoo and the selected diagnostic partner. Payment is processed at the time of booking.

Cancellations: You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the appointment at no charge.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You agree to: - Provide accurate personal and health information - Attend bookings on time, or cancel/reschedule within the permitted window - Not misuse the Platform, including attempting to circumvent pricing, manipulate reviews, or access other users' data - Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

Diagnostic reports are uploaded to your Zelnoo Reports Vault by our partner laboratories. You own your health data. Zelnoo holds it in trust on your behalf.

You may share, download, or delete reports from your vault at any time. Zelnoo will not share your reports with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Zelnoo Technologies Pvt Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zelnoo's liability in connection with any booking, service, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.

Zelnoo is not liable for the accuracy of diagnostic results produced by partner laboratories, delays caused by laboratory or logistical issues outside our control, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via app notification and email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
