Zelnoo is revolutionizing diagnostics in India by connecting patients with the best diagnostic labs. As a Field Phlebotomist, you will be a critical part of our mission, directly impacting patient care and convenience. This role involves extensive fieldwork, primarily collecting blood samples from patient residences or designated collection points in and around Thane, and ensuring their secure and prompt delivery to our partnered diagnostic laboratories.
You will represent Zelnoo on the ground, upholding our standards of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your ability to provide a comfortable and sterile blood collection experience is paramount, as is your commitment to adhering to all safety and procedural guidelines.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently achieving daily sample collection targets.
- Maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
- Ensuring all samples are collected, handled, and transported according to established protocols, maintaining sample integrity.
- Timely and efficient delivery of samples to designated labs.
- Accurate maintenance of collection records and use of Zelnoo's operational tools.
Responsibilities
- Travel to patient locations within Thane and surrounding areas to collect blood samples.
- Perform venipuncture following established medical and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all collected samples.
- Transport collected samples securely and promptly to designated diagnostic laboratories.
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment for blood collection.
- Record patient information and collection details accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
Required skills
- Phlebotomy certification
- Venipuncture techniques
- Sample handling and storage
- Valid motorcycle driving license
- Own two-wheeler
- Basic computer literacy
- Communication skills

- Experience in field phlebotomy
