Delete your Zelnoo account

1. Delete it in the app
Open the Zelnoo app and go to Account → Privacy Center → Correct or Delete Data, then tap Request deletion and confirm.
You can follow the request's status on the same screen.
2. No app any more? Ask by email
Email privacy@zelnoo.com from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with, and write "Delete my account". We confirm it is you before deleting anything, and reply within 7 days.
3. What is deleted, and what is kept
Your account, profile, family profiles, saved addresses and app data are deleted.
Some records must be kept by law for a set period — for example invoices and payment records, and medical reports a lab is required to retain. These are kept only for that period, in anonymised form where the law allows, and are not used for anything else. Personal data is anonymised within 30 days of deletion.
